Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 2-4 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 2-3 business days to let you know your order is on the way!

STORE PICKUP - 18 McBride Street, Frankton 9300, Otago, New Zealand.

STORE PICKUP - 33 Reece Crescent, Wanaka 9305, Otago, New Zealand. 

Orders can be picked up daily, from 8:30am - 4pm Monday - Friday. If you are wanting to collect outside of office hours please contact us directly and we will organise an after hour collection point for you. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

LOCAL DELIVERY

During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within 70km of our shop. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery. 

Orders placed before 10am during store hours of 8:30am - 4pm Monday - Friday will aim to be delivered within the next 2-3 business days. Orders placed outside of these hours will be processed the next day we are open and delivery will aim to be completed as above.

When your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive an email with tracking information.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within 2-3 business days using NZ Post. Flat rate shipping fee of $10.87 applies to orders shipping between 70km - 150km. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We offer international shipping based on individual request. Please contact us directly to arrange this. 

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to date 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@larynalliedhealth.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
